Utility Plans indicate re -using the existing water /sewer services Are these adequately sized for
the new facility?
Drainage should be collected on -site and conveyed to the inlet/collection system in Holly Street
underground.
A permit will be required from the Engineering Dept. for construction of the parking lot and
utilities.
Impact fees will be assessed based on the capacity of the new facility
Fire Hydrant should be located within a 15' utility easement.
