l. Provide a 25' x 25' water easement for the DDe.
Preliminary Grading & Drainage Plan
l. Provide approval from TXDOT for the proposed drainage to their ROW.
Preliminary Sanitary Sewer
l. The proposed system for the sanitary sewer is not in compliance with the Zoning
Ordinance. The variance must be listed as a PD condition.
2. The proposed system must be in compliance with TCEQ. Provide a copy of necessary
permits or documentation.
Preliminary Water Layout
1. The proposed 8" line should be increased to 10" minimum to meet fire department
requirements.
2. Show the fire line from the DDC to the fire riser room.
3. Show the location of the FDC and the FDC piping.
4. The DDC should be located on the private property within a utility easement.
5. Provide a copy of the TXDOT permit for the work proposed in their ROW.
