HalffAssooiates arrived on site at approximately 10:30 am on December 1 to discuss eonslzuction,
landscaping, and inspection issues. The meeting began approximately at 10:30 am and concluded at
approximately 12:00 pm. During this time discussions about construction, landscaping, and inspection
issues were held; however, not all attendees were present for all discussions.

11. Issues Discussed
Item Action Description
i. 3.1 info Sutton will not begin paving at the intersection of Freeport Parkway and 1-635
until the City Council has approved the Change Order #1 on December 8, 1998.
3.2 info Sutton will begin the pavement repair at Freeport Parkway and Southwestern on
Thursday, December 3, cement treated base on Friday, set up on Monday, and
pour the concrete on Tuesday. Sutton will replace the concrete from joint to
joint.
3,3 Wrigh! Wright Construction still needs to do dirt work to bring trench over 60" RCP up
,,. to grade, grading around each of the headwalls, and gradinlg over the 54" RCP
.,~ .... for the paving. According to Tim Mullikin, the entire civil portion of this job
~:ii:~' will be complete during the month of January.
3,4 Wright Wright needs to submit Change Order #2 to with signature spaces for Halff
A~OC., Catellus, and the City of Coppell.
3.5 info LDC has moved dirt from the stockpile and piled it around each of the existing
monument signs. Two crew members were clearing the south side of the Creek.
Two taps have been made on the water line in Freeport Parkway for irrigation
purposes. This week LDC plans to move dirt fxom the stockpile to the signs at
Freeport Parkway and i-635, bore under Freeport Parkway at each of the tapped
locations, and move the silt fence on the south side of thc creek further down the
slope. Moving the silt fence was approved by the superintendcnt on the Lucent
job site during the meeting.
3.6 LDC Brian Bristow requested a detailed schedule of the landscaping portion of the
project with date specific tasks by Thursday, December 3, 1998.
