( {L L 5 l I.. r t 'f !,.. ~ .-' i;' '0. ~, I..)'" r<-1 ~_, I J' 57 RE: Reciprocal Shopping Center Easement Agreement Dear Sir' On November 12,1987 McDonald's CorporatIOn and H T Ardmger Jr entered mto a Reciprocal Shoppmg Center Easement Agreement (Volume 87229, pg. 2137) for mgress/egress and utIlitIes along the southwest comer of Denton Tap and Sandy Lake The mgress and egress easement covered Parcels 2, 3A, and 38 The Agreement covers mamtenance of varIOUS parcels In regards to the drIvmg surface It has come to the attentIOn of the City of Coppell that several areas along the mgress/egress easement have experIenced surface deterIOratIOn that could cause damage to vehicles travelmg across the mgress/egress easement The Reciprocal Shoppmg Center Easement Agreement IS a prIvate agreement between two entIties of which the City IS not a party to. For the benefit of our CItIzens, I am requestmg that each party review the agreement to ascertam whose responsIbIlIty It IS to repair the mgress/egress easement so that It IS m a safe and drIvable condition.
