1 The gas easement that is shown as 25' is actually 50'
2. The flower/rock gardens in the centers of the cul-de-sacs should be eliminated.

4 The proposed driveway along Sandy Lake Road should line up with Albertsons' driveway Please refer
to the plans for future Sandy Lake Road improvements.
5 Existing 8" water and sanitary sewer lines run along Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road.
6 Future submittals should comply with standard submittal guidelines. Additional comments will be
generated upon receipt of a complete submittal
