Landscape Plan
1. The sidewalks constructed of enhanced paving located at the entryway to the
subdivision shall conform to the specifications for enhanced paving outlined in the
Subdivision Ordinance. The responsibility for maintenance of the enhanced sidewalk
shall be of the HOA and shall be outlined in the HOA documents. Additionally, the
sidewalk shall be compliant with ADA standards.
Zoning Exhibit
1. Refer to the plans for future improvements to this area of Sandy Lake Road. The
entryway to the development does not line up with a proposed median opening on
Sandy Lake Road. A median opening will not be granted at the location shown which
will limit access to the site. The width and configuration of the entryway should work
with the proposed median opening. Include visibility triangles at the entryway to Sandy
Lake Road.
2. This subdivision should connect to the existing Tealwood Drive stub-out.
Preliminary Water & Sewer Plan
1. What is the purpose of the water line that loops behind Block D, Lots 16-24?
2. Connect the water system to the existing water stub-out in Tealwood Drive.
3. Extend the sewer line in Street D south toward the cul-de-sac to better serve Block B,
Lots 7-11.
4. Provide fire hydrants every 300 feet for multi-family residential.
5. The typical front entry meter and cleanout locations do not appear to match the color
rendering.
6. Will the driveway locations be determined prior to the construction of the utilities?
Preliminary Drainage Plan
1. Show off site drainage that flows onto the site. Include it in calculations and tables.
