Landscape Plan
1. The responsibility for maintenance of the enhanced sidewalk shall be of the HOA and
shall be outlined in the HOA documents. Additionally, the sidewalk shall be compliant
with ADA standards.
Zoning Exhibit
1. Show the future Sandy Lake Road layout and driveway across Sandy Lake from the
proposed entry.
2. This subdivision should connect to the existing Tealwood Drive stub-out. This
connection was planned at the time Wynnpage subdivision was approved.
Preliminary Water & Sewer Plan
1. Connect the water system to the existing water stub-out in Tealwood Drive.
2. Please provide a scaleable drawing of one block of front entry units showing all utility
services driveway layout.
