I currently ov.n approxImately 29 acres of land wlthm the CIty of Coppell that IS
generally located at the southwest corner of Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap
It has come to my attentIOn that the CIty of Coppell staff has mcluded an unauthorIzed
residential land plan (attached) for my property m theIr recent staff comments to the
current applIcant and the members of the Planmng and Zorung CommIsSion. I would like
to mform the City 's staff. Planmng and Zomng CommiSSion, and the CIty Council that
the mdlvldual or organIzatIOn who presented that plan to the CIty dId not ha\e my
property under a real estate contract nor were they ever authOrIzed by me to present such
a land plan to the CIty for theIr consIderatIOn Consequently, I consIder the mclUSIOn of
such matenal to mfluence a deCISion makmg body to be a mlsleadmg act on behalf of the
(Ity'S staff
Therefore, I respectfully request that the CIt} 's StatT Planmng & Zonmg CommiSSIOn
and City CouIlcll completely disregard that resldenualland plan from havmg any bearmg
In the current Z(lnmg case and completely remove ]t from the City'S records as It relates
