I received a revised Tree Survey from Dowdy Anderson this week. I was able to run mitigation numbers
based on what's being removed (preservation credit) I am still unable to calculate a Landscape Credit
without a detailed landscape plan Here's where they're at without a landscape credit:
Total Trees on site 24,691"DBH
Total Trees Removed. 10,556"DBH
Total Trees Preserved on site 14,135"DBH (52%)
Preservation Credit 1 0,556 x 52% = 5,489"DBH
Basically they are removing 10,556" minus 5,489"(preservation credit) which leaves them short 5,067"
5,067" x $100 = $506,700 00 amount due at this time
