Gary,
The following are responses to some if not all of your questions that we discussed today'
1 There will be no 3-sotry buildings in our proposed development. The revised elevations that were last submitted
should supercede any previous ones. We have corrected the maximum height on the Zoning Exhibit and Concept Plan
to be 36' (See Attached).
2. V\lhile the layouts show 66 and 56 lots for the Tracts A.1 and A.2 respectively, the maximum lot counts in our PO
document are the numbers we are requesting. We are asking for a maximum of 67 lots in Tract A.1 and 58 lots in Tract
A.2.
3. We have revised the Zoning Exhibit and Concept Plan to read minimum lot area to be 2,200 sf to match the PO
document.
4 We have removed the "TC" zoning from the table on the Zoning Exhibit and Concept Plan
5. We will correct the color exhibit to reflect the tract along Sandy Lake Road as being developed.
6. Access to the park has been labeled as a "Proposed 28' Access & Utility Easement Reservation" on the Concept Plan
to be granted to the City We will label on the Zoning Exhibit as well,
7 A disk with the revised exhibits, etc will be provided to the City
We will send new hard copies up to the City this afternoon as well as the disk for all of the revised plans. The revised colored
9xhibit will not be ready until early next week. Please let me know if you have any questions and/or need more clarifications on
3ny of the above
Sincerely,
Janiel Heischman, P E.
