The City of Coppell has received your plan submittal for Construction at the referenced
location and has the following comments to offer*
I The plan set should include the latest plat for the property
2 This set should also include a utility sheet indicating the fire sprinkling connection
location and the FDC connection location
3 On the dimension control plan, it is difficult to read the proposed construction on top
of the proposed demolition to the south of the building, please clarify this plan sheet
4 The drainage plan should include a profile for the proposed storm sewer
5 The paving plan indicates lime stabilization of the proposed paving areas If that is
your intention, then the plan is fine If you intend to request a variance to the
stabilization, you should modify the plans and request the � ariance at this time
6 Please coordinate the installation of the proposed speed bumps in the fire lane with
the Fire Marshal
Please make the appropriate revisions to the plan set and submit them for review
