Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately g:30 am on November 24 for
construction observation. At the 60" RCP site at Fritz Drive and Freeport Parkway,
nothing new has occurred since the November 10 observation. The trench is not up to
grade at this time. Grading needs to be done around the headwall. Backfill needs to be
placed around the headwall. At the 8'x 5' box culvert site, all of the box and both
headwalls have been installed. Grading needs to be done around both headwalls. At the
54" REP and drive site at the intersection of Freeport Parkway and 1-635, all of the 54"
RCP has been installed. Grading needs to be done along the site for the paving. The
paving will not begin until the City Council has passed the Change Order #I on
December 8, 1998.

HalffAssociates arrived on site at approximately 10:30 am on December 1 for
construction observation. Nothing new has occurred since the November 24 observation.
According to Tim Mullikin of Wright Construction, the paving subcontractor will begin
the street repair at Freeport Parkway and Southwestern on Thursday, December 3 and
will pour the concrete on Tuesday, December 8.
