CITY OF COPPELL Engineering Department 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, Texas 75019 J4 Re SAINT ANN CATHOLIC PARISH Coppell, Texas Dear Mr Marvin On behalf of The Roman Catholic Diocess of Dallas, we request that the City of Coppell grant a variance to the Subdivision Ordinance on the pavement design criteria for the St. Ann Catholic Parish The Roman Catholic Diocess of Dallas wishes to eliminate the use of lime stabilization on this project in order to save on cost associated with the pavement.
