Please be advised that I represent Mr and Mrs. Richard Cook of 128 Trinity Court, Coppell,
Texas 75019 As you are aware, Troy McQuagge has previously requested that the City of Coppell,
Texas, combine lots 8 and 9 of the plat plan approved by the City of Coppell, Texas, relating to
Trinity Court, a street located within the City of Coppell, governed by the approved site plan, Trinity
Shores Owners Association, the city ordinances of the City of Coppell, and the State of Texas, and
all declarations, covenants, restrictions, ordinances, and other regulations relating thereto
My clients are in objection to the changing of any site plan by administrative or public
hearing method. It is my clients' understanding that this matter has been withdrawn by Mr
McQuagge at this tine, and nothing is pending either administratively, or placed upon the public
hearing of Planning and Zoning, City Council, Board Adjustment, or appeals or any other committee
for public hearing at this time If my information is incorrect, please advise to the contrary
immediately
Please take this as a formal notice of Mr and Mrs Richard Cook's objection to the changing
