draInage for the above-referenced development at the southwest comer of SH 121 Bypass
and MacArthur Boulevard. We approve of the substItutIOn of the 3-24" RCPs for the 1-5'x2'
box culvert. In addItIon, we approve of the constructIon of a 5' sIdewalk.
