Dear Mr. Mullikin:
Please review the attached drawing showing the location of the 3" schedule 40 PVC
conduit location as requested by the City of Coppell and prepare change order #2 to be
signed by Wright Construction Company, HalffAssociates, Catellus Development
Corporation, and the City of CoppeI1. The cost specified in the change order should be
for 65 feet of 3" schedule 40 PVC installed complete in place.
