Dear Mr. Marvin,
We are pleased to respond to your comments dated August 30, 2006 as follows.
1 We added a cover sheet as requested.
2 We removed any reference to a water line easement on the plat and the water line plans
as requested
3 We have altered the fire hydrant spacing as requested
4 Same as Item 3
5 We have altered the parking area pavement thickness section to a 6" thick 3600 -psi
concrete design. Enclosed is a letter requesting this modification
6 The details on the paving detail sheet are for private use only, we have added a note
indicating same to the cover sheet and this sheet as well.
7 We have removed the tree survey, landscape and irrigation plans from the civil sets.
8 We have added a note on the paving plan addressing the rutting at the Royal exit.
