Construction Plan Review Comments

The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has no comments to offer
Three sets of final construction plans will be required for the City Engineer's stamp and as many
copies as necessary for your contractors' construction operations All contractors and
subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans stamped and approved by the City of
Coppell
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2%
inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This would include
dirt work, paving, storm drain, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc that are private For
all installations in public right -of -way, the City of Coppell charges a 4% fee A check for
inspection fees made to City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with a copy of
the contract(s) with the appropriate 2% and 4% calculations shown for verification purposes. If
