This letter is to inform you that Freeport North, Lot 1R1 and 1R2, Block 1, Replat, to subdivide Lot
1 into two lots and to retain the existing developments on 27 85 acres of property located along the
west side of Royal Lane between Northpoint Drive and Gate` iew Boulevard was approved by the
Coppell City Council (7 -0) on Tuesday, June 13, 2006, subject to the following condition

This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by
the City Council (December 13, 2006), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be
required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing, including obtaining the
franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the
cet it plans After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the
document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department Please see the attached Procedure for
