Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 10:30 am on November 3 to discuss construction and
inspection issues. The meeting began approximately at 10:30 am and concluded at approximately 11:00
am. During this time discussions about construction and inspection issues were held; however, not all
attendees were present for all discussions.

II. Issues Discussed
Item Action Description
2.1 info The construction schedule is to finish the box culvert by the end of this week, to
start the 54" RCP next week, and to pave over the 54" RCP by a subcontractor
upon completion of the pipe installation. Jay Hearne stated that this schedule is
subject to change if the City of Coppell delays in shutting offthe water through
the existing water line at the intersection of Freeport and Southwestern.
2.2 info The 54" RCP alignment is correct based on the revised drawings sent to Wright
Construction; however, the drive may change based on a DRC me,ting on
Thursday, November 5 with the City of Coppell.
2.3 info Reed Engineering has been on site approximately twice a day to perform
construction testing. Neither Catellus nor Halffhas received any construction
testing results.
2.4 Halff Catellus approved the invoice format from Wright Construction. Halffwill
review invoice and make recommendation to Catellus to approve invoice
content.
2.5 info Garreth Campbell said the traffic control plan will change in that two-way
traffic will be allowed on the side of the street opposite the construction. The
traffic will not cross the median on asphalt as originally planned.
