Final Acceptance Conditions
Dear Mr Wouters
The referenced work appears to be essentially complete Two items are required for receiving final
acceptance They are as follow
1 Provide a maintenance bond from a registered surety for 50% of the contract value of work
performed m the public right-of--way and easements fora 2-year period stated as beginning on
the date of final acceptance from the City
2 Provide record drawings of the public improvements from the engineer to be submitted to City
of Coppell Engmeenng Dept.
When these two items have been recewed, your project will receive a final acceptance letter If you
have any questions, please call me at your earliest convenience
