Final Acceptance Conditions
Dear Mr King
Work activity on infrastructure for the referenced project appears to be essentially complete Three
items remain prior to preparation of a final acceptance letter for your development. They are as
follow-
1 Repair sidewalk damage
2 Provide a maintenance bond from a registered surety for 50% of the contract value of work
performed in the public right -of -way and easements for a 2 -year period stated as beginning on
the date of final acceptance from the City
3 Provide record drawings of the public improvements from the engineer to be submitted to City
of Coppell Engmeenng Dept.
