This letter is to inform you that Northlake 635 Business Park, Lot 2R, Block B, (PSINet, Lot 1,
Block A), Site Plan Amendment, to allow a two - story, 27,200- square -foot addition (13,600- square
feet per floor) to the existing Crestside Facilities building on 6 527 acres of property located at 1333
Crestside Drive was approved by the Coppell City Council (7 -0) on Tuesday, June 13 2006,
subject to the following condition
1) Comply with the Engineering comments (attached)
This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by
the City Council (December 13, 2006), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be
required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing, including obtaining the
franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the
civil plans. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the
document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Please see the attached Procedure for
the Filing of Executed Final Plats and Replats

This letter is to inform you that Northlake 635 Business Park, Lot 2R, Block B, (PSINet, Lot 1,
Block A), Site Plan Amendment, to allow a two - story, 27,200 - square -foot addition (13,600- square
feet per floor) to the existing Crestside Facilities building on 6 527 acres of property located at 1333
Crestside Drive was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, May 18, 2006, subject to the following conditions
1) Remove the notary signature block located below the City Secretary signature block.
2) Comply with the attached Engineering comment sheet.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 13, 2006, at 7
p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council
Chambers at City Hall Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City
Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect
conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the
Planning Department two (2) folded copies of all revised plans, reflecting the above - mentioned
conditions, on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, May 31, 2006 Also, please submit one (1) 8 '/z x 11
paper reduction, along with one Mpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file
