Mr Marvin:
We've just been informed that discussions between the Contractor {Fast-Trak Construction) and the City's
Inspector have resulted in identifying a cost savings alternative in constructing the small parking lot
addition Specifically, we understand that the lime stabilized subgrade may be replaced with compacted
subgrade provided that the compressive strength of the reinforced concrete is increased from 3,600 to
4,x00 PSI
If this is correct and acceptable to the City of Goppefl, the Gontractor will proceed accordingly
