of the SIte plan by CIty CouncIl, With a typIcal three week period of reVIew
As you know, a portIOn of the project SIte lies wIth m D/FW aIrport property, requlflng a lease
agrcement between the D/FW AIrport Board and V Ictron Energy GIven the cruCial role the
lease agreement has m the development, the three week plan reVIew perIod wIll not commence
untIl thIS department IS m receIpt of a Signed copy of the aforementIOned lease agreement.
It IS the goal of the Engmeerlng Department to complete plan reviews m as expedItIOus a manner
as pOSSIble, rest assured that your project wIll receIve prompt attentIOn upon receIpt of the lease
agreement
