referenced site This submittal comprises the following
One copy black line prints of sheets C-1 through C-5, 101 and 101 1
One copy mylar prints of the sheets indicated above
One CD containing AutoCad copies of the sheets indicated above
All as-built information under our scope of work is indicated herein The subsurface drainage
and fire suppression lines were installed by the developer prior to the contractor's
commencement of our project and as-built information for these items may be obtained from
Erik Hauglie with Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, telephone 972.235 3031
