Regarding the differences between the seals on the plans for Vista Point South, Phase II, the original
signed and sealed drawings that were submitted for the city's approval stamp were dated July 14, 2006
After this initial submittal, revisions were made to the Grading and Drainage Plan, Water & Sanitary Sewer
Plan, Storm Sewer Plan, and Storm Sewer Profiles. During the revision process, there were technical
difficulties with our software which required a file restoration from a previous date. This date was June 26,
2006 All of the plans were updated to show the correct design, however, the date under the seal was
inadvertently left as June 26,2006, instead of reading July 14, 2006
Due to this glitch, all of the revisions that were issued to the city for the city's approval stamp read a date
of June 26, 2006 These plans showing the date of June 26, 2006 are revised, correct, and up-to-date
plans, of which the contractor should have a copy Please find below a list of the current plan sheets:
