These plans meet our current mInImUm constructIOn reqUIrements WIth the exceptIOn of the followmg comments 1 Include m the constructIOn plan set a copy of the latest filed plat for Lot 1R Block 2 2 ProvIde a letter requestmg a vanance to our pavement sectIon standard. Please mclude a geotechnIcal report summary to substantiate the request for vanance 3 ClarIfy the extent of the proposed removal and reconstructIOn of the storm sewer Once these changes have been made, please submIt three sets of revIsed final constructIOn plans for the CIty Engmeer's stamp and as many copIes as necessary for your contractors' constructIOn operatIOns. All contractors and subcontractors onsIte must have a copy of the plans stamped and approved by the CIty of Coppell All fees must be paId pnor to release of thIS project for constructIOn. The CIty charges a 2% mspectIOn fee for all pnvate constructIOn outsIde the bUIldmg's footpnnt. ThIS would mclude dIrt work, pavmg, storm dram, water lmes, sewer hnes, dramage pIpes, etc that are pnvate For all mstallatIOns m pubhc nght-of-way, the CIty of Coppell charges a 4% fee A check for mspectIOn fees made to CIty of Coppell should be submItted to thIS office along WIth a copy of the contract(s) WIth the appropnate 2% and 4% calculatIons shown for venficatIOn purposes.
