at its sole cost and expense.

sewage, at Grantee's ~Ie expense, should the lift "aation fail to operate for any
reason. Upon written notice from Grantor, Gnntee"l aQt immediately to replir
Of replace the lift: station. and if nccessar)', provide an alternate means of legal
disposal of Granto"s sewage at Grantee's sole cost and expense.
4. In the event GJ:8ntee fails 10 maintain the Sewer Lift Station in 8QCQrdance with
paragraph I lIbo-.Ie, Grantor sball be CIltitled to perform the mainteruUlce upon one
(I) days ",ior written notice and Grantee shall be liable for 125% all costs of such
maintenance. Grantee shall make such paymCflt within thirty (30) days of I'CCllipt
of a request for payment.
