Dear Mr. Martin,
Per your conversation with Pat Acker on June t, 1998, HalffAssociates is
submitting exhibits for a R.O.W. dedication at Freeport Parkway and I.H. 635 and a
drainage easement between Grapevine Creek and Fritz Road for the Paving and Drainage
Improvements Project (PID) for your and the City Council's approval. Furthermore, the
following note will be added to Sheet P-1 of the Design Drawings and Page 2, Section
01001 of the Construction Specifications and Contract Documents:
"The construction of Street "A" and storm sewer Line "C" on Sheet P-1 shall be
subject to approval by the Texas Department of Transportation."
