On July 10 2006 Alex Maya of Lawrence Engineering was present at the Traffic Signal
Improvement project at the Intersection of Bethel School Road and MacArthur Blvd to verify
traffic light-pole foundation pier depth Upon arrival technician verified pier depth, pier diameter,
reinforcing steel bar placement, shaft conditions and concrete placement. Bearing stratum
Identification and penetration depth could not be verified since the piers were drilled prior to
technician arrival
