Per our conversation last week, we have reviewed the revised detail for the
Denton Tap Median project. We propose to complete this project for a lump
sum amount of $13,100.00. If this is acceptable to the City, please sign the
attached agreement and forward a copy to us. We plan to start this work in
approximately two weeks. Our proposal includes traffic control per MUTCD, but
excludes message boards, performance and payment bonds, testing, and any
work other than as shown on the drawings.
