Scope of Work: Median improvements per the enclosed drawing prepared by
the City of Coppell dated 7/17/06.
Contract Amount: $13,100.00 (lump sum)
Contract Duration: Contractor agrees to complete the work in ten working days
after NTP.
General Conditions: NCTCOG Standard Specifications for Public Works
Construction
Payment Terms: Payment in full upon acceptance of the work and receipt of
invoice within thirty calendar days
Warranty Period: Contractor agrees to warrant the work from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
acceptance of the work.
Insurance: Contractor insurance certificate attached
Indemnification: Contractor agrees to hold City harmless from claims that arise
from Contractors activities on this project.
