PAVEMENT SERVICES CORPORATION, hereinafter called the Company, offers to furnish all labor, materials and equipment
required for the performance of the following described work in connection with construction or improvements at:
MacArthur @Cribbs
Coppell, Texas
Which is managed by City of Coppell
Pavement improvements per attached drawing marked Exhibit "A"
The work is to be performed as follows.
Item 1: Extended warranty for work performed on southbound MacArthur at Cribbs intersection.
On Friday August 11 2006 thirty seven (37) square yards of eight inch concrete was placed by Company at said intersection in right
lane On Saturday August 12 2006, forty two (42) square yards of eight inch concrete was placed by Company at said intersection in
left lane Company is extending its normal two (2) year warranty for said placements to six (6) years from placement dates. This
warranty is honored by Company regardless of any working or non working status Company has with the City of Coppell during the
extended warranty period.
If the foregoing meets with the approval of The Department of Engineering, City of Coppell, Texas, kindly sign this warranty
extension. Upon the acceptance of this approval, Company will consider this warranty extension as a full and complete agreemen us.
