To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows WATER: There is a 12" water line in Freeport Parkway, a 12" water line in Airline Drive, a 12" water line in Wrangler Drive and a 16" water line in Dividend Drive SANITARY SEWER: There is a 12" sewer line ~n Freeport Parkway The City of Coppell will permit connection to these lines by the adjacent property owners/developers upon payment of appropriate connection fees. As always in the development of the property, the engineer should determine whether the existing utilities available to the site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
