RE Availability of City Utilities, Gateway Corporate Center
Dear Mr Nelson
This letter is ~n response to your inquiry regarding the availability of City utilities at the above
referenced location. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows
WATER:
There is a 12" water line in Freeport Parkway, a 12" water line in Airline Drive, a 12" water line
in Wrangler Drive and a 16" water line in Dividend Drive
SANITARY SEWER:
There is a 12" sewer line ~n Freeport Parkway
The City of Coppell will permit connection to these lines by the adjacent property
owners/developers upon payment of appropriate connection fees.
As always in the development of the property, the engineer should determine whether the
existing utilities available to the site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping
and/or storage facilities are necessary for fire protection. If you have any questions or need any

Can you please help me with the following letters or contact information to the right parties?
City Zoning Letters for the Different Parcels at Gateway Corporate Center As you know this would be the old
Catellus, and now ProLogis Property along Freeport Parkway north of I-635 extending to Bethel.
Utility Letters from all providers for same parcels stating that water, sewer, electric, gas, telephone, and cable will
be provided to the site ~- ?
Please let me know ASAP as these late requested items are impeding our efforts to close on the property
