Please be advised that a walk through inspection has been scheduled for Monday, October 9, 2006
at 9 a.m. for the water, sanitary sewer and sidewalk facilities in the referenced project. In
addition to any punchhst items that may result from this inspection, the City requires you to provide
a maintenance bond from a registered surety for 50% of the contract value of work performed in
the public right -of -way and easements for a 2 -year period stated as beginning on the date of final
acceptance from the City
Please ensure that all facilities are clean and accessible at that time and that contractor's
representatives are present to assist with the inspection. Your cooperation in this effort is greatly
