On September 3, 2004 a check for erosion control escro~~ was accepted by the
Engineering Dept. for the referenced project. The term of the escrow is 2 years by
ordinance if no issues requiring the expenditure of the funds remain at the end of the
term.
4 written request was received to refund the amount of $2,510.00 to Carbon
