A check for $9000 was sent to TxDOT by the City of Coppell's finance
department. The check was supposed to be returned to me so that I could
send it along with the RFQ information. It was not sent to your
attention and it did not include a cover letter Would you please see
if you can intercept the check - it is the city's initial payment for
engineering review and environmental studies as shown on Attachment C of
the Agreement. Let me know if you find it.
