We are working on the West end, from Royal to SH 121, and should be finished within the next 2-3
weeks. The East end will take longer There is an agreement that Ken needs to sign, and we need collect
the $138k before I can release it for construction The design is complete, but I have to hold it until all of
the paperwork is complete

We have the per-bid meeting tomorrow on the W Bethel Road project.
Can I get an update on your relocations, in case the contractors have
any questions about the utility relocations. I am not sure where the
middle section stands, I know that Ken was working with you on the
overheads that were going underground
