and being a part of a 593.839 acre tract described in deed to The Parks of Coppell
Joint Venture II as recorded in Volume 81239, Page 1382 of the Deed Records of
Dallas County, Texas (DRDCT), and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a point in the east line of said 593.839 acre tract, and being the
most southern southwest corner of a lift station as recorded in Volume 775, Page
93, DRDCT;
THENCE with the north line of General Homes Corporation as recorded in Volume
84232, Page 1938, the following courses:
North 89o25'23" West, 830.63 feet;
South 35°04'45" West, 383.69 feet;
South 31°06'45" West, 333.74 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
