1. Mark DOM and IRR in blue on curb for three domestic and three irrigation meters
2. Mark ML V in blue on curb
3. Drainage around two vaults
4. Check paperwork on DC vaults, Dom, lIT
5. Blue street marker buttons for FH
6. Clean meter cans on Dom and lIT
7. Reset FH valve stack (northeast of building)
8. Valve to vault at northeast of building needs ext.
9. Valve on stub out at Freeport needs ext.
10. Test DC at irrigation, northeast of building next to vault
11. Need blocking in two vaults
12. Missing valve: mark ML V in blue on curb
13. FH southwest of building leaking at top
14. FH (third from southeast of building, off Freeport) needs ext
15. Same FH as above needs oil
16. All manholes need ran pans
17. #4 manhole not to grade
18. Mark MH in red on curb at all manholes
19. #6 manhole on south side of building need cleaning
20. #7 manhole just 30' south of#6 manhole needs cleaning
21. #1 manhole has no flow; clean to flow
