2. Mark ML V on street at valve on S. Coppell Road
3. Need extension on valve at S. Coppell Road
4. Locate #2 ML V missing from Coppell Road
5. Paint FH valve lid red (2nd FH)
6. First and second FH's need blue street marker buttons
7. First FH will not drain from FH #2
8. Mark ML V in blue on curb at southeast of lot
9. Paint vault lid blue
10. Vault holding water; cannot inspect
11. Irrigation not to City specs; raise to 8" from lid - clean to lower fitting and bypass to
inspection cut-off
12. Domestic DC, lIT., and vault paperwork
13. Pad at City sewer clean out at Bethel Road
14. Cannot see sweep in City clean out; full of dirt
15. Cannot inspect manhole; cannot open
16. Need extension on valve in Bethel Road
