1. All valve stack pads: 24" x 24 "
2. Mark ML V in blue on curb
3. Mark DOM and IRR in blue on curb and paint meter can lids blue
4. Irrigation needs brass fittings from meter to DC
5. Street marker buttons at fire hydrant blue
6. Test paperwork on vault, domestic, and irrigation
7. Can lid on FDC check valve and caps on FDC
8. Repaint fire hydrant red
9. Mark FHV in red and valve lids red
10. Missing fire hydrant valve to west fire hydrant; raise to grade and pad
11. Sewer clean out not to City specs; cannot see flow line
