Thanks. Stan has a concern with the split for mobilization. The
description of pay item shows 5% of total amount bid. He would like
that to reflect 5% for the total amount for Grapevine and the 5% total ~~~ C.l.( ~
bid for Coppell. This would be the only bid item that would be lump
sum, which would not identical. Please let me know how you feel amount
that.

We are okay with the 80/20 split. It will need to be changed in the
addendum

Can I please get a copy of your
median nose details. I see where it is shown on the landscape plans,
but I did not see a detail.
insurance requirements. I think that I may have had this atone time,
but I cannot recreate it now
Overtime pay rate. Is it by inspector or is it a set rate. We charge
$25/hour
Also we were looking at the lump sum % splits. TranSystems said that
the 75/25 breakdown was done towards the start of the project.
Looking
at the project lengths and costs, it looks like it is closer to 80/20
We wanted to check with Coppell before we had TranSystems make any
changes. Please let us know if Ken has a concern with the change It

Our overtime pay rate is $54/hour
