was repaIred on June 19, 2006 Accordmg to our records, Venzon was relocatmg
facIlItIes m the VICInIty of the Duke Realty property dunng that tIme penod.
Enclosed IS a copy of the mVOIce for the lITIgatIon repaIr Would you please check wIth
your contractor to see If they damaged the IrngatIon, and If they would work wIth Duke
Realty to get the mVOIce paId If they were responSIble?
