Please accept this letter as confirmation of the completion of all repairs for the
Freeport Parkway Project from Interstate 635 to Bethel Road per our contract with
the City of Coppell
Please see the attached "As Built" list of completed repair holes including the balance
of miscellaneous; holes which were completed prior to August 9, 2006 and a set of plans
with marked "as bui t" locations completed
All final pay applications have been submitted, in addition, the Two Year Maintenance
Bond is in place and has been delivered to the City of Coppell
We have also provided the City of Coppell with an original of our "Consent of Surety" to
final payment
Thank you for the opo unity to provide service to the City of Coppell
