3. Overtime
a. Any hours worked before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m., all weekends and holidays are subject to
overtime.
4. Testing Requirements
a. City will arrange for the construction materials testing — contractor is responsible for any retests
and /or any tests before 8 00 a.m. or after 5 p.m.
5. Prior to Construction
a. Documentation of existing conditions
b Measure removal items
c City will notify adjacent property owners and provide contractor with list of names and addresses
6. Have In Place
a. All necessary traffic control and warning devices
b Sanitary facilities
c Erosion control
7. Traffic Control
a. Continuous flow of traffic in both directions must be maintained for the duration of the project.
b. Consideration shall be made for access to all adjacent streets and businesses at all times.
c Wrangler Drive provides access to Coppell Middle School West.
8. Submit For Approval (two copies required)
a. Detailed Progress Schedule
b List of subcontractors and suppliers
c Traffic Control Plan
d. Responsible person — name and 24 hour numbers
e. Concrete batch designs
f. Submit example of stamped concrete (l required)
9. Pay Requests
a. Agree on quantities
b Agree on time charged
c Check erosion protection
d. Traffic control, ingress and egress
e. Safety issues, cleanup
f Ensure that 'as-built' record drawings are current
g. Ensure that all complaints have been addressed
