Les,
Once you feel the project is complete, we will schedule a walk thru and final inspection In order to close
out the project we will need to complete the following*
1 Walk thru and punch list items.
2. Submit final as -built mark ups reflecting the actual quantities and locations repaired.
3 Verify maintenance bonds are in place for 2 years from the date of final acceptance.
4 Submit affidavit of final payment, and final pay application
5 The city will pay final payment and issue letter of final acceptance.
Coordinate these final activities with Rick O'Dell.

Keith,
Just wanted to give you an update on the following
1 We poured the last of the concrete yesterday, Wednesday
(26th)
2 We used 7 sack, high early to reduce the cure time to 4 days.
3 We will remove all the barricades on Monday ( 31 st )
4 There will be some misc. clean up today and on Monday after
the barricade company picks up everything
5 Earl will be driving the site later in the week just to check
for anything that was left undone.
6 We will send the seal crew next week to finish these last
misc. holes
