Bob Jones a Parks Crew Leader, John Elias the Parks Manager and John Skinner from J T Dersner where at the walk - through. The following is a punch list of items that was generated from the walk - through and needs to be addressed before we can sign off on this project. Starting from Southwestern Blvd. by the Dairy Queen (DQ) and heading North to Bethel Rd. A total of sixteen (16) zones and two (2) controllers where involved in this walk - through. * All irrigation heads need to be 4" Rainbird 1804 Sampras Zone 7 DO controller • doesn't come on from controller • wires exposed on valve • needs new solenoid • bleed screw on valve is broke off • box lids broken & box broken • dead sod • areas not sodded • grade uneven Keith Marvin - denton tap walk through irr 5 -06 doc - Page 2 Zone 6 DO controller • doesn't come on from controller from proper zone, it comes on with zone 1 • dead sod • needs more sod Zone 5 DO controller • comes on from controller but with wrong zone • valve box is too low • wrong heads used • needs '/4 nozzle on North end cap (grass and concrete edge), not %2 nozzle • adjust nozzles, too much over spray into street • grade uneven • sod issues Zone 4 DO controller • doesn't come on from controller • mixture of heads used • valve box lids are wrong they don't match boxes • heads all need adjusting • dead sod • more sod • rough grade Zone 3 DO controller • doesn't come on from controller • no wires for valve • missing head on west side Zone Z DO controller • valve is bad • valve doesn't come on manually or from controller • need valve and quick coupler in separate boxes • more sod • dead sod • uneven grade • could not check heads due to valve not coming on Zone 1 DO controller • valve doesn't come on from controller • valve not wired properly • head layout has no pattern down the middle row • middle row heads have wrong nozzles throughout • valve boxes too low • grade issues • dead sod • more sod OA Keith Marvin - denton tap walk through irr 5 -06 doc Pa 3 * Starting at Railroad Tracks and heading North Controller located by bridge at Bethel and Denton Tap Intersection Zone 12 North of Railroad Tracks • doesn't come on from controller • remove blue pipe from valve box • middle row nozzles are halve nozzles and need to be full • heads need to be adjusted, spraying in the street • dead sod • grade issues Zone 11 North of Railroad Tracks • doesn't come on from controller • remove blue pipe from valve box • bleed screw is broken on valve • wire connections in valve box need to be visible with proper connectors • dead sod • grade issues • mixture of heads used Zone 10 North of Railroad Tracks • doesn't come on from controller • heads tilted, leaning too far back • valve box needs to be leveled Zone 9 North of Railroad Tracks • doesn't come on from controller • remove blue pipe from valve box Zone 8 North of Railroad Tracks • doesn't come on from valve • wrong wire connectors • middle row nozzles are quarter nozzles and need to be full • dead sod Zone 7 North of Railroad Tracks • doesn't come on from controller • remove blue pipe from valve box • wrong wire connectors • wrong valve box lid • dead sod 3 r eith Marvin - denton tap walk through irr 5 -06 doc Zone 6 North of Railroad Track • doesn't come on from controller • remove blue pipe from valve box • exposed wiring needs proper connectors • valve box too low • dead sod • grade is too low Zone 5 North of Railroad Tracks • doesn't come on from controller • valve not wired up • grade is too low and holes Zone 4 North of Railroad Tracks • doesn't come on from controller • remove blue pipe from valve box • wrong wire connectors • wired up wrong • sod is stressed needs water • heads are too low and leaning • heads need to be adjusted, spraying in the street • missing one (1) head on East side on median Cc John Elias, Parks Manager Cc.
