2. TXU topping out existing tree so Weir Bros. can remove remaining tree.
3. Existing trees that are in slope easement on the east side of the ROW
4 Existing trees that are along the North ROW just west of 944 Sandy lake Road and some kind of
replacement when shrubs are removed on South side Cell site
5 Mounting of the luminous street signs. along with street name and block numbers, Mel's also
needs to tum in new submittal for new sign.
6. Power feed at Freeport does the city want to combine the two meters into one or leave as two?
7 Freeport and Royal Lane, Pedestrian Poles foundations 24" or 36" diameter, if 36" will require
adaptor plate to Install Peel. Pole.
8. Modular Block wall submittal and price for "Anchor Diamond". wall at 102 Oakbend
9 Electric power for City Monument if the city wants lights on th& monument. AIS(} brick sample from
Harelscape, and any problem with submittal.
10. Verizon manhole and Time Warner adjustments.
